I understand many of the challenges and life transitions that women in particular often go through.
I also know how some of these changes can impact our sense of identity and self-esteem.

Anxiety and Depression
I regularly work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. Plus I can offer support as you navigate work dilemmas, handle relationship conflicts, or cope with the challenges of parenting.
Trauma
As a trauma-informed therapist, I have worked at depth with people who have experienced significant trauma, both during childhood and later in life.
Neurodivergence
I have a particular interest in neurodivergence, and have completed a specific training course so that I can better support clients who have – or think they may have – adult ADHD.
The way I work
My therapy approach is both collaborative and empowering. As well as supporting you to manage any immediate distress, I hope to help you build more self-understanding, and develop coping tools for the future.
I am an integrative therapist, which means I have been trained to use a variety of counselling theories and techniques. Sometimes this will involve focussing on the present, while at other times we might look at patterns from the past to see how they might still be impacting you today.
I will listen to your story carefully, and adapt sessions according to your needs and preferences. There are always different techniques to try, so we don’t have to just sit and talk. Sometimes clients like to use more creative methods, such as art or writing.
I will regularly ask you how you are finding sessions, as I want them to be as beneficial for you as possible.
I support adults (18+), and my areas of work include:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Trauma
- ADHD
- Relationships
- Pregnancy and parenting
- Work and redundancy
- Grief and loss
- Identity issues
- Self-esteem
