Emotional and psychological wellbeing has always been a key focus for me, both personally and professionally.
In many ways, it was a natural progression when I decided to train as a therapist.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked as a health and social care journalist, and in charity PR and communications.
Consequently, I know what it is like to work in high pressure environments.
I also know how hard it can be to juggle multiple competing responsibilities both at work and at home.
Finding the right therapist
I realise from my own experience that it is impossible to judge whether a therapist is a good match from a couple of photos and a few words. However, I hope this website gives you a flavour of who I am.
Research consistently shows that therapy works best when a client and therapist have a good relationship – so finding the right person to talk to is paramount!
Practicalities
I work in-person and online.
In-person sessions take place in calm and comfortable therapy rooms in either Weybridge or East Molesey, Surrey.
I offer online sessions across the UK.
Fees start from £75 per 50-minute session. Concessions available on request.
My qualifications include:
Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, with Distinction (University of Westminster)
Practitioner Certificate in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes (CWTP) for Therapists and Counsellors (Metanoia Institute)
Certificate in Adult ADHD+ (The Grove)
The Essentials Programme for Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice (The Voyage Academy)
Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Regent’s University)
- I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and as such follow its ethical framework.
